		<description>I agree with the move towards collective consciousness.  A think a premiere example is wikipedia.  You have people from all over the world who have knowledge in a specific area contributing to one place.  This creates a constant knowledge flow and update, and all one needs to do is type in the word into the search to have immediate access to the knowledge.</description>
