Posted October 3rd, 2004 at 9:11PMI saw her at Applefest yesterday. Walking through the crowd, didn’t see me sitting there. She was with two friends, embracing one. People I had never seen before.
Last time I had seen her was last year, my parents were picking me up to go home. We ate at where she works, and she was hurrying there, late. Said hi.
I’m glad that she’s still in Ithaca. Might see her at a party or something. Hope her plans came together – doing graduate studies part time. I should of made an effort. Another infatuation, come and gone.

Is she a townie? I like townies. If you ever take her on a date, bring her down to Wegmans and say hi.
I guess she’s a temporary townie. Not from Ithaca originally, but sticking around for a few years.
What I’m probably going to do too. It’s a nice city, much nicer than my home town.
And I’ll be sure to go to Wegmans on a date
